How to diagnose........ 850 1995

It's probably just the relay as noted but to know if you need a fuel pump or not, you need to check for 12v voltage at the wires going to the pump. If you have 12 volts there (both + and -) and no fuel pressure, the pump is NG. If it's the relay, you won't have a 12 volt circuit there.
