S 70 engine sputters at 65 mph S70 2000

My S 70 GLT has 54,000 miles on it. It drives finr except when I hit 55 to 65 mph. The engine sputters at this speed and it feels as if it is going to stall. I have tuned it up and the gas is fresh. Any Ideas
