that's good. if your brother has done disc brakes before, then he will have no problem and won't even need instructions because its so straight forward. As the other poster mentioned, the spring is the only "out of the ordinary" thing and that just goes back on the way it came off (they are on the front pads). Oh, and, by the way, the bolts have allen (alan?) heads on them, so just make sure you have a set of those handy before starting.
the calipers up front are bolted on but the calipers in back just have retaining pins. So a thin punch will be needed, too.
