I agree with jrothe, window sw. I just replaced mine ($137). I first removed it, there was lots of dirt in it, which I blew out, and cleaned the contacts with contact cleaner. I thought for sure that would fix it, but it didn't.
There is a relay and some capacitors & diodes on the switch too, one or more of those could be bad.
