Brake Light Out Indicator Malfunction ? 850 1995

I had the similar situation a feww years ago. Bulbs looked OK, but the filament were not when looking at it closely. Finally, the bulb out indicator ON all the times. We will see the bulb out light stays on at all times when the brake light bulb(s) is/are out. I replaced the brake light bulbs, and no more bulb out indicator was NO.
