Interior Rattle or Squeek 850 1997

My 1997 850 Wagon has an interior squeek that is driving me crazy. It sounds like it is coming from the rear and occurs over any rough roads. It is not the tailgate (just replaced). It may be the inside the rear passenger seat or associated with the rear passenger seatbelt.

Any ideas?
