Jacked up a V70? V70-XC70 2000

My partner is unhappy with his V70 (his first Volvo). I'm happy with mine (an '01 S40), so I convinced him to buy his.

He wishes it were higher off the ground. He is constantly 'bottoming out.'

Is there a way to raise it economically? The Cross-Country model seems to be higher...
