I am taking my car into the shop tomorrow and will let you know what happens. The part is about $120...but then there is the dreaded labor. I have told a couple of people about the problem and all seem to agree that the PNP switch is the problem. Today it was slightly warmer than it has been and the car shifted fine when starting.
