850 Interior Refurb 850

Anyone out there reccomend an aftermarket company that can supply me with mew underlayment for my 850? I'm removing the carpet for a good cleaning after water damage and I want to (or should I?) replace the underlayment. Plus, any cleaner reccomended for this job? Thanks.

ps. have had the car back now from hurricane Isabelle and it's running fine!
