Front end noise S70 1998

I recently purchased a 1998 S70 and have noticed a noise coming from the front wheel area. It only occurs when I make a slow, hard turn, either left or right. I don’t notice this during normal driving conditions. I seems like steering/suspension components are hitting something when I fully turn the wheel.

Does anyone else have this problem or know what might be casing it?
