A mere lapse in the salesman's memory I'm sure. What else did he forget to tell you.

Do you have a law in your state as we do in Colorado called "Three day right to rescind", which basically means that if you sign a contract with any business, then you have three business days to rescind the contract for any reason. This may cost you a mileage fee to do so.
