Engine fault 'Seconday Air Injection Sysyem' V70-XC70 1998

Hi,
I've gone thru this just this spring @ 60K. Last winter =fried my air pump.I had posted much on this and if you search here and the volvospeed_com_site you'll see there too. Yes, poor-very poor air-pump design - my VIP didn't even cover this. (I took mine apart, you should see how small the motor on this is, mine was rusted solid, - too bad you can't just buy the lil-electric motor as ther would be a way to dissassemble and repress the impeller on an reassemble)
I bought a new pump (~300$)drilled some small holes on bottom to drain off the water that WILL accumulate there by poor design and fail again. My check valve was good but since I bought a valve(~79$)I put it in anyway. cleared my codes and I'm good!
