Transmission V70-XC70 2003

We have been experiencing the same thing with our 2003 v70 wagon. We presently have it back at the dealership for the second time - with the same complaint. in the last month or so it has happened about 10 times in 1,000 miles. This usually happens when we are slowing to make a turn or go around a rotary. The car idles quickly than revs to 4000 - 5000 rpms. The first time in the shop they "updated" the software - now they can not "reproduce the problem" of course they can't unless they keep it and run it for 1,000 miles or so.

Any other comments on this would be great.
