on the 140-160 board ther is a poll of volvo's owned by people on here. iam a newbie to the 850. ive owned 144,164E,240 since 1983. only other car we hace had was a 1973 mercedes 280C for 7 yrs, and my 85 dodge van slant 6, 4 spd with 150,000....and it is my road trip vehicle. took it to pa and back with 145,000 on it!!! no problems.
