AC/Heater Blend Door - Air Box problem S70

I have had the same problem with my ventilation system on my 1998 S70 since 19K miles and Volvo repair doesn't have a clue what to do despite trying several things. Now they tell me they want to try replacing the damper control motor. I'm anxious to see if there are any replies to your post with an answer to the problem.
