Just a quick update....fog lights at http://www.volvopartsworld.com/volpartpage10.htm for $140....$6.50 shipping, UPS, install by my mechanic...about $50....then software upgrade in another city at $60. About $260. It pays to shop around and become knowledgable. I'll update this post as things progress....by the way, the Volvo Part number is #8622838. It includes, fuse, relay, lights, bulbs...on/off button with lamp...everything you need but the software upgrade. Model years '03 and '04 don't need the "switch" that can cost around $100 at the dealer.
