Brake pads S70

has anyone tried Waganer Thermo Quiet pads? i purchased a set for the front of my 98 s70 today will be installing them in a few days was unable to find any local auto parts stores that cary raybestos Quiet stop pads. is the wagner pads any good? Also i plan on replacing rotters at same time, should i also plan to repack wheel bearing at same time? Car has 58000 miles on it. Thanks
