1. What the heck is a "Tornado"? Sounds like snake oil.

2. 15 mpg is very low, even for 70 mph. I would expect you to get 22-25 mpg in your mix of driving unless you have crazy driving habits.

3. Octane makes very little difference in mpg. At most +/- 10%.
