Call the dealer back and ask for the code again, this time write it in the owner's manual or someplace you won't lose it. Usually you have to take the car to them and they visually verify the VIN number and that the radio wasn't stolen before they give out the code. If you can get it over the phone you're very lucky. Disconnect the battery or pull the fuse for the radio and wait a minute then reset it and it will say CODE again. Good luck .......
