hi: i had the same problem on my 1999 s-70. there are two things which you can do. order p/n 9483768 from the dealer. it is a round rubber gasket and costs about $1.50 you put it in the space between the roof and windshield gasket on top. about a 10 minute job. or get a tube of clear rtv sealant and run a bead in the same area, taking care not to over fill the void and make a mess. either way you fill the void and the noise goes away. easy fix and btw there is a tsb out on this (088400249910) see if the dealer will let you take a look.
