The car turns over immediately when it is cranked. But like i said, it moans really low and there is a heavy vibration (you can feel it real well by holding the steering wheel). After a few seconds, or if I turn it off and re-crank it, the vibration and moaning are very minor (almost gone). I'll double check the stabilizer (actually, I'll have to have someone else check it since I don't know what it is, much less how to check it). Thanks...
