Thats pretty common. The codes will eventually reset themselves after numerous run cycles, I forget how many but it takes a while. You can try disconnecting the battery (if you have the radio code...) and see if it will reset after that, but I always use a scan tool so I don't remember. You can pickup an Actron 9135 scantool reader over on Ebay for under $100 most of the time. That would allow you to read any codes on your own and reset them as well. Next time you have the sparkplug boots off apply some dielectric grease into the plug caps before you put them on, this will help seal out any moisture in the future. But the best thing is not to even spray any water under the hood.
