It is a basic security system that will flash the parking lamps and sound a horn if any door, hood, trunk/tailgate are opened while armed. It5 arms automatically when the doors are locked with key or remote. It also disables the engine if tripped. The horn only sounds for thirty seconds, and horns are known to fail. The horn is located on the firewall in the center. There are no glass break sensors or tilt/motion sensors with the standard system, but may be available.
