That software from www.OBD-2.com looks very good, but I haven't personally bought it yet since I already have a good code scanner, just haven't had the need for it yet. If you want just a code scanner the Actron 9135 is very good, but it will not reset the service light on the '96 and newer Volvos. Your '95 can be reset with the DTC boxes under the hood.
