Electrical 'Hum' or 'Buz' when Key in Position 2 850 1995

Do you have headlight wipers? If so, probably an internal problem in the headlight wiper motor. When one of the plastic drive gears inside gets stripped or broken, the wiper motor will not stop because the park mechanism doesn't work. The headlight wiper conector is a brown 3 wire conector attached to the back side of the headlight.
