What is S70R ? S70

I am guessing that the S70R my friend was talking about could be a fake one because it had a non turbo engine. However, my friend has also said that the car has leather seats and a very fast engine.
I would like to go see the car myself because it still might have a turbo engine but the owner might not know about it. Before I go I need to find out what the turbo unit looks like. Can someone drop a link to a picture of the S70 turbo engine or a turbo unit,please?
BTW, here is a picture that proves S70R do really exist.
