do not get the replacemet from HiLoOreily, i had to buy one from them, and the gasket it came with was the wrong one, i had to reuse the old gasket.

although they did offer a fail-safe thermostat that will fail in teh open position, but of course it was special order and not in stock! so i bought the standard type for about 12.95 (overpriced in my opinion for non OEM)
