Throttle stuck on Full!!! Help!!!! 850

Check the cable and throttle plate under the hood, remove the black top cover with the one torx screw that holds it on and look at the cable, see if it has slipped out of the groove it is suppossed to be in on the pulley.

you should be able to freely open and close the throttle plate by hand under the hood, something must be bound up.
