the best way fo assure fixing of these problems is to have had them written down and signed by you and the dealer. You really don't have much of a choice then to fix it yourself without any proof of this statement from the dealer as oral contracts don't really hold up any more. Personally i've seen too many people taken for rides by dealerships and have allways purchase my vehicles via outside means (classifides e/t/c) and have the car gone over by a qualified mechanic (full check over, including a check for codes). Just my .02
