Not sure that your "slack" is abnormal BUT as for the other trans related complaints, the ONLY way to get this resolved is for you to go on a test drive with either the service manager and/or a technician. That way, you can duplicate exactly what you're talking about with a service person in the car. If you can't duplicate it (like it's intermittant), then you can understand why anyone else at the dealer might have the same problem knowing what you're talking about. At any dealer (or elsewhere for that matter), if the tech can't duplicate a problem they can't fix anything as they can't guess. It's too easy to guess wrong.
