Terry,
I would buy a can of brake clean and clean the area immediately around the p/s pump where you think the fluid is coming from. Then, start the car and have someone turn the wheel full lock to full lock and see if you can pinpoint where the leak is coming from.
If it is coming from the high pressure connection, then you'll have to go to the dealer and get a new seal. Bring the old one with you. After you replace it, just hose down the area with some of that brake clean I mentioned earlier. Don't worry about the T-belt. Clean off the serpentine belt with the car running by spraying some brake clean on the belt. Hose off the alternator as best as possible.
Good luck.

If you can't afford to take your car to the dealer for trouble shooting, then sell it. Don't cry when the local shops can't deal with the technology anymore and you're tired of guessing at what parts to throw at it. .......Don't mind me, I'm frustrated.
