problem starting first time 850 1993

For the last few weeks, the car cranks and cranks but won't start on the first try after sitting overnight. However, it starts on the second try every time. It also starts fine if its warm from recent driving. I have no warning lights on. Any ideas about what could be causing this. Thanks.
