The most common 2 causes are stabilizer links and the upper strut bushing but you say that those have been done (plus more) SO I advise that you go back to your dealership and go for a test drive with a tech so that he can hear the noise that you're mentioning. That way there's no doubts, you say "THAT noise" and if it's there, the tech will also hear it, right?
That's always the best way to solve a noise related problem.
As for "sloppy suspension", it's either caused by a worn suspension/steering part or bad tires but ask the tech what he thinks while on the test drive.
