'95 850 Starter/Solenoid/Ignition Problem 850 1995

I might add that I experienced the relay or whatever run-on buzzing for twenty seconds or so when I was having starter troubles from the gummed up starter on the 96 850 Turbo wagon. It really freaked me out, but it went away when the starter was repaired. I'm sure there is a simple answer but I don't know what it is.
