Assuming you don't owe anything on it, two options are salvage or repair. Call a couple of salvage yards and see what you'd get for it.
Or, if the car is in very good condition otherwise, putting a trans and new rear seal in and driving it for a few more years would make better financial sense. Cheaper than a year of new car payments.
Whatever you do, don't part it out on your property. The good bits will be gone quickly and you'll be left with a hulk to be dragged to the salvage yard.
