Clicking sound from engine S80 2004

**On the freeway, I have taken the car up to, oh 75 mph put the transmission in Neutral, the clicking sound goes away**

Sounds like a transmission problem, because if you put the transmission in neutral it will no longer move until it is put back into gear again. And this is when your sound stops.
