it's very common in the 70 series volvos for that hose to leak at the reservoir.
If you have the crimped clamp, you need to remove and replace with one that can be tightened with a screwdriver.
If the clamp can be tightened with a screwdriver then do so, but make sure hose is not cracked at that end.
