215/45/17's will usually rub on full lock. I run Bridgestones on my '95 T5R that size. Oddly enough, I used to run SO2's and they didn't rub. Switched to the SO3's and they rub at full lock! I doubt there is any problem with the suspension, just the 'rub' with running +1 size tires.
