Cheap OBD II reader/reset tool 850 1997

I was researching OBDII tools on the web for my 1997 Volvo 850R. Just FYI I found a cheap reader/reset tool from Harbor Freight. Tool usually sells in the Harbor Freight stores for $49.99. The current online catalog has it on sale for $39.99 but the printed current catalog has it for $34.99. I bought it today (19 Jan 2004) and it worked perfectly to read out the codes and reset the check engine light. It is listed as a Universal Code Reader, Item number is 46030-1VGA.
