Ditto. Get yourself a case of ATF, 5' of 1/2" ID clear vinyl tubing, an empty milk jug marked in quarts and flush that baby via the upper tranny hose at the radiator. You and a helper can do the entire job in 30 mins ( by yourself may take 45 mins) w/o jacking the car or getting your hands or pants dirty. Procedure is in the archives or go to IPD.com and download the instructions for their tranny flush kit that you don't ned.
