There are no written manual for the newer volvos '98 and newer.

Your best bet would be to check volvo's website for their own service manuals.

Timing belt change in these new cars is more complicated than the RWD volvos and usually is left for a volvo master tech to do it.

I have a few original 2000-2001 original VADIS CD's that I bought at a volvo liquidation sale to help me with my '98 V70. The CD for the S70/V70/C70 is great as I get lots of info, like part numbers and parts locator and diagrams that covers my '98 V70.
I have a 2000 VADIS ed G that covers the S60, S80 and V70, let me know privately if you are interested.
