should I buy S80? 850 1996

I would not buy a 1999 model S80, as there were many changes when the 2000 S80 was introduced. If you're seriously considering spending $$$ on a used S80, you might want to consider a brand new S60 instead. My advice if I was looking to spend that much on a Volvo.
