Driving Issues in Severe Cold 850 1994

i guess your brick is a turbo one , if yes , you probably have a frozen intercooler , perform some research on this site to find out what to do to get rid of this problem , few weeks ago i just insall a piece of thin plywood to o the lower part of the front bumper to reduce cold air entering inthe cooler , since i did this , i have no problem ,,
