HELP! SURGING MOTOR 850 1993

Well they called and said that they got codes for the Cam Position Sensor and the RPM sensor. They both need to be replaced at a total cost including labor of $420.00. . . They said that should solve the problem...

I also wanted to replace the headlight glass, one is cracked and they are both very dirty on the INSIDE. They said that on my model year 1993, the did not make any after marked lenses and that I would have to buy the whole assembly for 300.00 EACH. Is that crazy or what?
