power steering fluid replacement V70-XC70 1999

opened the hood on our 99 V70 GLT and found power steering fluid leaking
from hose on to alternator, I cleaned it off and tightened the clamp with a
screw driver - only slightly, topped up fluid and seems ok. My question is
whether power steering fluid should be flushed? (117,000 km) and will something
else be needed for the hose?
