Tires S70 1999

I have to buy new tires for my car and am thinking about Bridgestone Potenza RE950 P195/65R15.
Does anybody have any experience with this brand and/or type? If so what do you think of them?
Also, can I get different a different size w/o changing the wheels? and what are the pros and cons of doing so.
