Is my v70 XC underpowered or normal? V70-XC70 1999

What market are you in? The engines vary a bit by market. If in the
U.S. you should have the 2.4L low pressure turbo and I would think
acceleration would not be too bad. The AWD sucks up some power as
does the added weight but I would not think it would be noticeably
weak in the power area.
