Guess it depends to some extent on how you drive and the type of roads your on.

The guy at my (specialist) tyre shop said he could tell the car gets driven pretty hard and i should continue with the 45psi which he had inflated them to.

I'm sure some will disagree with this, however, its the advice i've been given and the car feels great!
