Insturment cluster removal 850

You do not have to disconnect the battery as you will be disconnecting two connectors from the top to the instrument cluster to remove it. It may be possible to drive the vehicle without the cluster. Nevertheless, I would not do it. How would your know how much gas you have, what your speed is or which idiot light is on in the case of a malfunction real or imagined.
