Front end noise 850 1994

i would guess it is the wheel bearing/hub assembly. i had the same problem. it made a grinding noise when i turned to the right. i replaced the driver side hub assembly, it's all one piece, and the noise was gone. not too difficult to replace with the exception of removing the axel nut, much leverage needed. i think the hub was around $150 online.
